DYS 12 Fiber optic buffer tube fan-out kits for termination on the ribbon cable

The Fiber Optic Breakout Kit is used for the direct termination of fiber cable. The design is such that it houses and protects the bare fibers after they are exposed from the main fiber optic cables. The 2mm tubing can hold fiber up to 900um diameter and it also provides the support when the fiber is terminated to the connector giving a stronger grip between the fiber and connector preventing any easy fiber breakage. The kit is available in 2, 4, 6, 8 12 and 24 cores type. Fiber Tek is also able to offer customized breakout kit which is not mentioned in this datasheet.

Features:

Light weight Easy to use Flexible jacketed furcation tubing with aramid yarn strength member Able to accommodate cable of various sizes Comes with instruction manual which shows the step to step installation guide
